Application For A Court Case

Hey guys just going to give out some information if you would like to file a court case against another DSG member.

Step on how to do it:

1. Notify other DSG member that you are filing a case against him/her.

2. Create application on this topic. (Application is listed below, just copy and paste and fill out).

3. Once your application is reviewed, the Chief of Justice will notify you ASAP.

4. Arrive at your scheduled court case time while bringing a lawyer. any evidence, and witness so you can win your court case also if you are the defendant of the case, do the same!

A little basic information is that the Justice department deals and executes punishments with any problems within DSG. The Justice department is the law of DSG and will enforce the law as well with any means necessary. The Chief of Justice is the head Judge within DSG. The Cheif of Justice also has absolute power within the entire Justice department.

Department Jobs:

Associate Justice (IA) Internal Affairs - Any problems between members within ISG are brought up to this person and through a court case a punishment may be delivered if necessary. Rank suspension and Probation members are also handed by this person as well.

Associate Justice (EA) External Affairs - Any leaving, removed, blacklisted, D&H members, and kicked out members are dealt with this person. Any members wanting to return from a punishment must apply for a court case through this person as well.

Associate Justice (FA) Foreign Affairs - Deals with other clans attempting to due harm with ISG. Helps always negotiate peace, treaties, affiliates, and alliances within ISG. Aid with any clan mergers.

Secretary - Records all situations within the Justice department. Aids the arrangement and setting of all court case. Debriefs the Judge at/before the court case of the cases information. Takes messages then delivers it to the COJ. Also any new info is brought to the COJ ASAP. Any information needed to distributed by the COJ will be given out by this person.

ISG Court Prosecution - Official ISG Prosecutor at any criminal hearing if necessary. Only needed when ISG is against a person. Example may be when a person is wanting to to remove his/her blacklist, or D&H.

ISG Court Defense Attorney - Official ISG if a act against or that hurts ISG in an overall aspect is created by a person or by people, this person will represent them in the court hearing if the defendant party is not able to get a lawyer in the amount of time given to them.
